  • Villa rates are based on per night, VAT and handling charges included.
  • A damage deposit will be charged at the time of the check-in as a guarantee and will be returned at the end of the stay.
  • For certain villas, vacation stay taxes might be applicable.

Booking Policy

  • 50% of the total amount of the stay to be paid for confirmation.
  • 50% of the total amount of the stay to be paid 60 days before arrival date.

Cancelation policy

  • Cancellation received 60 days or more before arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the stay will be non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation the deposit will be non-refundable.
  • Cancellation received between 0 to 60 days before arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the stay will be non-refundable.
  • In case of no-show or anticipated departure the total amount of the payment will be non-refundable.
